Public tender for construction materials
DUHAMIC-ADRI hereby invites the interested companies to bid for the tender related to providing construction materials.
The technical specifications for those requested materials are indicated within the table below:

The eligible company or bidder should have the company registration certificate, the proof of using Electronic Billing Machine in invoice delivery, able to transport those materials in Rulindo, Gakenke and Nyanza Districts (all materials will be equally distributed in those three districts) and able to supply those materials on 27th November 2019.
The Financial Proposals should be composed of material price included transport and taxes and shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Financial Proposal for the Tender of construction materials”. The document must be submitted to DUHAMIC-ADRI office no later than Sunday, on 24th November 2019 at 2 pm (Kigali time). The public opening of bids is fixed the same day on Sunday, 24th November 2019 at 2h30 pm (Kigali time) at the headquarters of the Organization located in Kicukiro district.
