African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) implementing USAID UBAKA EJO PROGRAM based on USAID Cooperative Agreement No: AID-696-A-12-00005 is looking for potential bidders to supply TABLETS AND COMPUTER LAPTOPS . Specifications and bill of quantities of needed materials are given below; in two different lots:

TABLETS AND COMPUTER LAPTOP will be supplied to AEE-Rwanda Kagarama Offices . The supplier will incur all the transport costs to the above-mentioned destination. The tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 040 0025815 46/AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
\Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies and one original should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office in Kagarama, Kicukiro district, not later than December 5, 2019 at 3:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 3:30 pm. Bidders should come with samples of the materials to be supplied. These samples will be considered during the materials delivery or returned.
Bids must include: Item name, unit & total cost including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies and Payment slip of 5,000RWF non-refundable.
