Residents from Bushoki Sector in Rulindo say The Executive Secretary, Nzeyimana Pierre Claver has allegedly taken away from them 200 avocado trees seedling that were supposed to be given to the vulnerable for plantation.
Nzeyimana, however, he planted the seedling in his own filed, residents told IGIHE.
” We saw him taking them away, we were astonished to witness our leader taking away what was supposed to be the share of his people;” one resident said
” It’s not true that tree were meant to only be given to the vulnerable, whoever with ability to take care of the seedling had to get them. If it is the case, that is defamation.” The Executive Secretary, Nzeyimana Pierre Claver shuns the allegation.
Nzeyimana added investigator came at his house regarding the case and they did not find anything fishy.
