Kagame receives credences from Tanzania, Libya envoys

President Kagame has on This Wednesday, received letters of credence from Maj. Gen. Richard Mutayoba Makanzo, High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania and Ibrahim Sidy Ibrahim Matar, Ambassador from the State of Libya.
