President Kagame has received President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno
of Chad at Urugwiro Village in Kigali Rwanda on 18 March, 2022.
President Kagame & H.E c, Chairman of the Transitional Military Council & President of the Republic of Chad will now deliver remarks ahead of witnessing the signing of a General Cooperation Agreement.
The reception was held at Urugwiro Village where President Kagame welcomed President of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno who is in Rwanda on a two-day official visit.
