High Commercial court in Kigali, Rwanda has postponed the case involving two indian nationals; UNITED SPIRITS company boss, Manish Kumar and accused Rishi Arya and co. Nsengumuremyi Anathole and Bailiff, Kagame K. Festo, for the judge has not yet examined the it whole.
The verdict was expected to be announced March 9, however, the judge did not get enough time to go through it, hence, the verdict announcement is scheduled on March 16, 2022 at 3:00pm
The case is related to the appeal submitted by Manish Kumar requesting to dismiss the auction of his goods done by Rishi Arya, via the bailiff for he claims, it was illegal.
